Excellent design and visual composition skills
Attention to detail
Familiar with limits and constraints of the web
Knock your socks off Flash development
HTML, Javascript, DHTML, and XML programming
Skilled with; Allaire Homesite, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
Working knowledge of; database development, PHP, PGP, e-commerece software.

Please be aware that we do not employ developers on salary, but rather employ developers on a contract basis. This means you must be able to work from your home and have a computer with all of the needed tools to create the projects we hire you for.
